INTRODUCTION

1. Urgency of the subject

The problem is concentrated in five possible conflict follows:

One, the contradiction between the high demand conditions in receiving investment information with complete lack of media in rural areas.

Second, conflicts between the power of the mass media, confines of the living conditions and access to media of public rural development fast.

Thirdly, the conflict between the need for quality information content to meet you also have the ability to limit the radio of the pile.

Fourth is conflict between the urgency, rapid changes in demand with the lack of updates to radio programs.

Fifth, the conflict between flexibility in the use of conditions with the passive reception of the rural population.     .

Based on analysis of 5 conflicts, thesis proposed 5 solutions corresponding mainly to create conditions for development and meet the information needs of the public radio and the Red River Delta Rural present. That is: To develop production, improve living standards for people, increasing the leadership of the Party committees, management attention and investment of all levels of government; improve the living standards and cultural level education for rural people; renew and improve the quality of broadcasting activities; Stimulating the development information needs in public radio. This is the solution of political, economic, social and solutions about this kind of newspaper, radio and public solutions.

RESEARCH PROPOSALS ON NEXT

Public rural Red River is an important target group for the type of alarm radio. Thesis approach only a small part, can not represent the overall population the Red River Delta region. The survey results and the identification, analysis in this thesis only for reference and suggestions.

These are practical problems with radio news agencies in the region, to improve program quality, progress to improve the quality and operation of the local radio system. This plays an important role in improving the material life and spiritual life of people in rural Red River Delta. The author wishes to investigate public broadcasting is done in cycles of about 3 years to 5 years, with directions for further research are:

- Requirements and conditions for receiving information of the public radio in Vietnam (expanded further investigation in the central and southern areas).

-Find out the specific information needs of small groups of them. (Information on economics, science, agriculture ... for each group to rural and urban).

-On the basis of public understanding of rural heart towards finding solutions to realize the conditions to meet the information needs items of public radio in rural areas
